The coffee is amazing, especially if you are on a caffeine limited “diet”. I do struggle with shipping however. I used to buy through Amazon, but for the past few months they aren’t shipping through Subscribe and Save. I then ordered through Explorer directly and the packaging was awesome. I social boxes, all bubble wrapped, lots of care. This order, there were no individual boxes, just bubble wrap and four bottles tightly squeezed into a single box. It seems odd to have such different experiences … but again, the coffee is amazing and I will continue to order.

Please take out Camilevineyard3# out of your emails. Also, my last shipment had a loose lid and spilled. I sent a picture of the box and have not heard back from you. I requested a replacement bottle. This is two shipments in a row that have had problems. I may need to look elsewhere. Camile Drew
