Can I make a bulk or wholesale order?

Is it shelf stable or does it need to be refrigerated?

We use a special proprietary process to make the best tasting shelf-stable cold brew on the market while unopened. Once opened, keep it refrigerated.

How long does it stay good?

Explorer is best consumed by the 'best by' date on the bottle, or within about 20 days of opening. (Pro tip: pour some Explorer into an ice cube tray if you're worried about getting through it all in time!)

Can I drink it hot?

YES! And in fact, many of our 'Explorers' do! Just add Explorer to hot water or milk (in a 1:4 ratio or whatever strength you desire), and enjoy! (You can heat the Explorer up too, but you don't have to.)

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on subscriptions and on orders above $30, and below that is a flat rate of $4.99.

My order arrived damaged - can you help?

Absolutely. If your shipment arrives damaged or gets lost in mail, let us know by emailing us here and we can find a way to make it right.

What is the return policy?

For our cold brew, we do not - but as mentioned above, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're not happy, we will make it up to you. For our apparel and gear, we do offer returns. Reach out to us here if you'd like to start a return process.
