What does the '30-day' in the satisfaction guarantee mean?
All this means is that we'd love it if you tried our cold brew within 30 days of purchase - and if you don't love it in that period, we'll find a way to make it up to you!
Do you offer returns?
For our cold brew, we do not - but as mentioned above, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're not happy, we will make it up to you. For our apparel and gear, we do offer returns. Reach out to us here if you'd like to start a return process.
Is it shelf stable? What's the shelf life?
Yep! We use a special proprietary process to make the *best* tasting shelf-stable cold brew concentrate. It's best within 6 months and kept in a cool place. Once opened, it'll last ~20 days. (Pro tip: pour some Explorer into an ice cube tray if you're worried about getting through it all in time!)

Can I drink it hot?
YES! And in fact, many of our 'Explorers' do! Just add Explorer to hot water or milk (in a 1:4 ratio or whatever strength you desire), and enjoy! (You can heat the Explorer up too, but you don't have to.)
What's the deal with the caffeine levels?
At Explorer, we believe that caffeine shouldn't limit what adventures you choose every day (or night), so we have 4 caffeine levels for each flavor. These range from decaf (basically no caffeine), to 'Low Caf' which is ~100mg and is equivalent to one cup of hot coffee, to 'Reg Caf' which is ~200mg and equivalent to two cups of hot coffee, to 'High Caf' which is the equivalent of 3 cups of hot coffee. Better yet, we're the only cold brew company that allows you to choose what caffeine levels you want!
My shipment arrived damaged or went missing. Can you help?
Yes! If your shipment arrives damaged or gets lost in mail, let us know by emailing us here and we can find a way to make it right.
How long will my order take?
Our typical shipping time is 3-5 days for cold brew, and 7-10 days for apparel and gear. However, due to supply chain disruption from COVID-19, we have been experiencing delays of up to two weeks for certain items.
Can I modify my subscription?
Yep, you can easily modify your subscription...or cancel it, pause it, or skip it, easily. Check your confirmation email for details on how to manage your order. If you're having trouble, just shoot an email to us.
