For our cold brew, we do not - but as mentioned above, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're not happy, we will make it up to you. For our apparel and gear, we do offer returns. Reach out to us here if you'd like to start a return process.

We offer standard shipping speed at a flat rate. If you order a subscription or spend more than $60, standard shipping is free! And if you're really eager for your cold brew, you can get expedited shipping for a small additional fee.
Our typical shipping time is 3-5 days for cold brew, and 7-10 days for apparel and gear. However, due to supply chain disruption from COVID-19, we have been experiencing delays of up to two weeks for certain items.
Our coffee beans are hand-picked, organic, specialty Arabica beans from Ethiopia that are then roasted and cold-brewed for 12 hours using our proprietary brewing process. We worked with 3 of the world's leading coffee tastemakers to craft this brew.
At Explorer, we believe that caffeine shouldn't limit what adventures you choose every day (or night), so we have 4 caffeine levels for each flavor. These range from decaf (basically no caffeine), to 'Low Caf' which is ~100mg and is equivalent to one cup of hot coffee, to 'Reg Caf' which is ~200mg and equivalent to two cups of hot coffee, to 'High Caf' which is the equivalent of 3 cups of hot coffee. Better yet, we're the only cold brew company that allows you to choose what caffeine levels you want!
