Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, product launches, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, it is considered shipped.


Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship via national carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated transit times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, or operational disruptions may impact delivery timing.


Refrigerated & Perishable Products

Explorer Cold Brew products are best enjoyed fresh and may be temperature sensitive.

We pack orders appropriately for normal transit conditions, but we cannot guarantee product temperature upon delivery, especially during warm weather or extended transit times.

We strongly recommend customers:

  • Ship to an address where someone can receive the package

  • Bring packages indoors promptly after delivery

  • Avoid shipping to unattended outdoor locations

We are not responsible for spoilage caused by:

  • Delayed carrier delivery

  • Packages left outside

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Additional reshipment fees required due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Explorer Cold Brew is not responsible for theft or loss.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Check around your delivery location

  3. Contact the carrier directly

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@explorercoldbrew.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the box and product

  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate and work toward a resolution where appropriate.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at hello@explorercoldbrew.com and we will do our best to assist.


Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products depending on carrier restrictions.
